Platform plans (TenaBill platform staff)
Manage the TenaBill plans that merchants subscribe to — pricing, per-merchant limits, and the marketing copy shown on TenaBill's own public pricing page. This is TenaBill administering itself, not a tool for administering an individual merchant's account.
Console: TenaBill merchant console → Settings → Platform plans (/settings/platform-plans)
Access: Restricted to a fixed allowlist of platform-operator merchant accounts signed in via OIDC. Everyone else — including regular merchants — sees "Your merchant account cannot manage platform plans."
Plans table
Lists every plan with its price, per-merchant limits (customers / API keys / offerings), count of active subscriptions, and status (Active/Inactive, plus Hidden if the plan is not publicly visible). Click Edit on a row to open that plan.
Creating a plan
The Create a plan form takes a plan code and display name and creates a new plan that starts inactive with all limits zeroed. Configure pricing, limits, and marketing copy on the edit screen before activating it — new plans never appear on the public pricing page or affect a real merchant until you turn them on there.
Editing a plan
Opening a plan (/settings/platform-plans/{code}) shows four sections:
Plan basics

Limits
-1 means unlimited. Limits apply per merchant on this plan.

Visibility
Publicly visible controls whether the plan appears on the public pricing page and in a merchant's own self-serve upgrade list. Uncheck it for plans exclusive to merchants bundled in via a TenancyEngine platform plan — the plan stays assignable here and via provisioning, but merchants can only move into it through an explicit plan transition rule.
Public marketing
Features list (one per line) and an optional call-to-action label, URL, and note shown on the public pricing page.
Deleting a plan
Delete plan only appears — and only works — for plans with zero active subscriptions. Mark a plan Inactive instead of deleting it if merchants are still on it.
